TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

EQUIPMENT TO PURIFY INSULATION OIL AND TRANFORMER DRYING SHALL FOLLOWING AS MINIMUM:
A MACHINE TO DISGASIFY, DEHYDRATE AND TO FILTER DIELECTRIC OIL AND DRY THE INSULATIONS OF POWER TRANSFORMER, ON AUTOMATIC WAY AND CONTINUOUS PROCESS USING HIGH VACUUM AND FORCED CIRCULATION OF OIL FOR PURIFICATION OF INSULATED OIL OF 2400 GALLONS PER MINUTE (9084 LPH) INSTALLED INSIDE IN TOW CLOSED FOR TRANSPORT, DESIGNED TO OPERATE WITH ENERGIZED TRANSFORMER AND NON-ENERGIZED, WITH TECHNOLOGY FOR MONITORING AND REMOTE CONTROL, WITH HOT OIL INJECTION SYSTEM AND DRYING THAT ATTACK DIRECTLY THE TRANSFORMER鈥橲 CORE WHILE THIS ONE IS THE HIGH VACUUM FOR A TOTAL DRYING OF INSULATING ELEMENTS.
RESULTS OF THE PURIFICATION
THE EQUIPMENT SHOULD REALIZE THE FOLLOW FUNCTIONS IN A ONLY ONE STEP OF THE OIL THRU OIL DEHYDRATION SYSTEM, TO REDUCE FROM 100 PPM TO 10 PPM AT 20掳C.
OIL DESGASIFY
RETTENTION OF PARTICLES OF 陆 MICRON OR GREATER, INCLUDING MINIMUM THE FOLLOW COMPONENTS:
a) FEEDING PUMP AND OIL DISCHARGE OF POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT ABLE TO OPERATE IN HIGH VACUUM
b) ELECTRIC MOTORS TOTALLY CLOSED TYPE AND AIR COOLED

SHOULD MAINTAIN A CONTINUOUS FLOW WITH NOMINAL CAPACITY OF OPERATION OF 2400 GAL/HR (9084 LT/HR), 卤 5%
VACUUM SYSTEM
a) SHALL HAVE A MECHANICAL PUMP OF HIGH VACUUM TWO STAGES: HIGH CAPACITY MAINTAINING A VACUUM OF 0.2 MICRONS OF HG, BLIND FLANGE, OPERATING TO 1 TORR, MINIMUM OF 150 CFM OR 255 M3/HOUR
b) SHALL HAVE A BLOWER OR INCREMENTATOR FOR REINFORCE THE VACUUM OPERATED TO 1 TORR, MINIMUM OF 1100 CFM OR 1869 M3/H
c) THE FREE DISPLACEMENT OF THE JOINT VACUUM SYSTEM SHOULD BE 1600 CFM OR 2719 M3/H.
路 OIL DISGASIFY CHAMBER
THE MOTOR-PUMPS SHOULD BE OF LOWER REVOLUTIONS TO GUARANTEE THAT ONLY WITH AIR COOLING THE VACUUM SYSTEM WILL OPERATE CORRECTLY TO ITS MAXIMUM CAPACITY DURING USEFUL LIFE FOR WHICH A LUBRICATING OIL BUCKET IS REQUIRED FOR VACUUMS PUMPS.
TOTAL DRYING OF TRANSFORMERS SYSTEM
a) SHALL HAVE AN OIL INJECTION SYSTEM AND DRY WITH A DEVICE FOR DIRECT DEW OF THE TRANSFORMER鈥橲 CORE
b) SHALL HAVE AN AUXILLIARY SUCTION PUMP TO EXTRACT THE OIL OF THE TRANSFORMER WHILE THE DRYING IS DONE TO THE CORE AT HIGH VACUUM
c) SHALL HAVE A HYDROMETER FOR MONITORING OF THE DRYING PROCESS
路 FILTERING SYSTEM
a) SHALL HAVE MESH FILTER BASKET TYPE OF STAINLESS STEEL LOCATED IN THE ENTRANCE OF THE OIL TO AVOID THE PASS OF VISIBLE SOLID PARTICLES
b) SHALL HAVE A PRE-FILTER CARTRIDGE TYPE INTERCHANGEABLE FOR TO FILTER PARTICLES OF 5 MICRONS OR GREATER TO MAINTAIN THE SYSTEM FREE OF SOLID PARTICLES AND GUARANTEE THE OPERATION OF THE VACUUM CHAMBER
c) SHALL HAVE A POST-FILTER CARTRIDGE TYPE INTERCHANGEABLE TO FILTER PARTICLES OD 陆 MICRONS OR GREATER TO REFILLED UP OF THE TRANSFORMER WITH OIL FREE OF SOLID PARTICLES
d) THE ELEMENTS SHOULD BE DESIGNED TO HANDLE THE REQUIRED FLOW VOLUME, METALLIC CORE AND ARMOR

a) SHALL HAVE A COLOR LCD MONITOR TOUCH-SCREEN TYPE THAT INCLUDE ALL THE NECESSARY BUTTONS FOR EQUIPMENT OPERATION, WITH SCREEN FOR CONFIGURATION OF PARAMETERS, AND SCREEN WITH FLOW DIAGRAM OF THE SYSTEM
b) THIS MONITOR SHOULD SHOW THE OPERATION OF THE PUMPS, VALVES, BOILERS, VACUUM LEVELS, HUMIDITY CONTENT IN OIL PROCESS, TEMPERATURE AND ALARMS.
c) SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONNECT WITH THE DATA NET OF THE USER FOR THE MONITORING AND REMOTE CONTROL IN SPANISH. AND DATA OF RECORDINGS ON A NON-VOLATILE MEMORY.
